4.PR0PERTY. There are no issues as to property,
whether re~l~or personal, remaining between the parties.
S.RESTORATION OF NAME. CAROLS RUTLAND be and she is !
hereby authorized to assume her former name of CAROLS EVANS and
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
6. JURISDECTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
