;..FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of April,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and '
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and sho~ild be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LILLIAN
R. BAIRD and RICHARD R. BAIRD be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2, CUSTODY. Custody of RICHARD R. BAIRD, JR. and
REBECCA R. BAIRD, minor children. of the parties, is hereby
awarded to LILIAN R. BAIRD, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to RICHARD R. SAIRD. -
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of ,

1980, the husband shall pay to the wife the sum of 120.00 per
week, each and every week, for the support of the minor children
named above.
