Each payment shall be made directly by the husband to
the wife. -
4. PROPERTY. The propertq settlement agreement admitted

into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and !
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of R
$500.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his serv-
ices herein and RICHARD A. BAIRD is ordered to pay said at-
torney said sum, together with costs herein assessed at $48.40.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper,
