PLAINTIFFS O This cause coming for non-jury hearing before a undersigned Circuit Judge, and this Court having heard testimony presented Friday, February 15, 1980, and again having heard testimony on April 2, 1980,. and having considered all of the evidence presented, along with argu- ments of counsel, the foregoing Final Judgment is entered as follows: 1. That the Plaintiff, BUSH POOLS & PRECAST, INC., a Florida corporation, shall have and recover from the Defendants, JOHN WILLIAMS and CHRISTINE WILLIAMS, Husband and Wife, based upon the claim filed in this cause the sum of $7,148.50. 2. That the Defendants and Counter-Plaintiffs, JOHN WILLIAMS and CHRISTINE WILLIAMS, Husband and Wife, shall have and recover from the Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant, BUSH POOLS b PRECAST, INC., a Florida corporation, on the Counter-Claim filed herein, the sum of $350.00. 3. That reducing the claim of the Plaintiff by the Counter- Claim, it is the finding of this-Court that a Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff and Counts - endant, BUSH POOLS & PRECAST, INC., a Florida corporatio in the unt of $6,798.50 for which sum let execution issue. 4. That taxable costs of ;this action are to be taxed against the Defendant and Counter-Plaintiffs, JOHN WILLIAMS and CHRISTINE WILLIAMS, husband and wife, and jurisdiction is reserved for that pur- pose.
