FINAL JUDGMENT •
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ day of April, 1980
and the Court having given full consid ration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation. of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and~that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
CORNELIUS A. JACKSON and MARJORIE E. JACKSON be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor children of the
parties, CORNELIUS JACKSON,JR.age 8 1/2; DJION JACKSON, age
6 and ANTONIO JACKSON age 3 1/2,is hereby awarded to the
Wife, MARJORIE E. JACKSON with reasonable rights-of
visitation reserved for the Husband, CORNELIUS A. JACKSON.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: The Husband-shall pay to the Wife,
" MARJORIE E. JACKSON for the support and maintenance of the
minor children of the parties the sum of $200.00 per month
for all three children said payment commenced on March 1,1980
