TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause came on before me on the Wife's Petition for
Temporary Relief in the above-entitled cause and the Court having
heard the evidence and being otherwise f~~lly A~?vised in the premises,
it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Temporary custody of the minor children, SYLVIA WILLIS
and CHARLES WILLIS is awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband.
2. Temporary exclusive use of the home and furniture at 114
Camelot Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida is awarded to the Wife. and the
Wife is hereby restrained from disposing of any of the jointly
owned furniture, which furniture is given to her exclusive use.
3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $20.00 per
week for each child for a total of $40.00 per week child support.
Said payments shall be made to the Clerk of this Court in cash, money
order or cashier's check and be promptly remitted by the Clerk to the
Wife. There is hereby assessed against the Husband the sum of-$2.00
as costs .to be added to each such payment made to the Clerk. The
Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court informed
of their residence address at all times while this order is in effect.
4. During the pendency of these proceedings the Husband sha7,1
pail the mortgage payments to Stockton, Whatley & Davin and the home
improvement loan to Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, and monthly,utility bi11R~
