ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before, this Court on
the 2nd day of April, 1980, upon the Wife's Motion .for
Temporary Relief and .upon the Husband's Motion for Tempor-
ary Relief. Both parties appeared before the Court, with
counsel, and testified. The Court, having considered the
Motions, the testimony of the parties, the presentations of
counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife shall have temporary exclusive use and
possession of the marital Some and contents located at
Route 5, Box 226, Fort Pierce, Florida, until the final
hearing in this cause. During that time the Wife shall
be responsible for the sustenance and the maintenance of
the animals located at the marital home.
2. The Wife shall collect the rent from the mobile
s
home located adjacent to the marital home each and every
month,~and shall apply those rental.proceeds toward the
mortgage payment due and owing on said mobile home and the
real property upon which said mobile home is located, until ~
the final hearing in this cause.
3. The Husband shall make the payments on the 1979 '
Chevrolet pick-up truck, until the final hearing in this
cause.
