Made this 6th day of June, 1979, by and between WILLIAM

That if Second Parties shall first make the payments and

plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 83, '
of the public records of St . Lucie County, Florida,
TOGETHER WITH organ, freezer, carpet, drapes and

And Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties
the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($60,000.00), with interest
from date at the rate of 996 per annum, as follows:
$2,000.00 on or before signing of this agreement,
receipt whereof is hereby, acknowledged;

$543.17 on or before the 6th day of July, 1979,
and $543.17 on or before the 6th day of each

prorated between the parties hereto as of this date, as soon as
