ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT ~

Made this 15th day of September, 1979, by and between
WILLIAM A. TAYLOR, hereinafter referred to ws "FIRST PARTY", and
JACQUELYN ALBERT and MICHAEL A. FIOWARD, as joint tenants with ?

rights of survivorship, 302 North 14th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, hereinafter referred to as "SECOND PARTIES",
W I T N E S S E T H
That if Second Parties shall first make the payments and
• perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
-made and performed, First Party hereby covenants and agrees to

plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page 10, of the

WITH any rights in vacated alleys adjoining said

THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS NOT THE HOMESTEAD OR
PLACE OF RESIDENCE OF FIRST PARTY AS HIS HOMESTEAD
AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE IS 2208 CORTEZ BOULEVARD, FORT
PIERCE, FLORIDA.
And Second Parties•hereby covenant and agree. to pay First Party
the sum of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75,000.00), with interest
from date at th,e rate of 1096 per annum, as follows
$5,000.00 on or before signing of this agreement,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;

~r and $700.00 on or before the 15th day of each
month thereafter, until the whole be fully paid;

Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay all taxes,
assessment or impositions that may be legally levied or imposed on
