4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here sha]l
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are sp~~tiicei~l'y reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s). -
5. This. Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties. -
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor{s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The %ssociation hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner{s)
is satisfactory and that the above'stated new interest rate payable on the .
