has received full payment of the indebtedness evidented by said mortgage~and the note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage -in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. _ t
