KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by G ~ g ~ walter8 and AllieCe
Walters, his wife dated July 6th 19 72 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in p. R. Book 204 on page
539 ,securing the payment of the sum of ~p ltiousand, Five Hundred and no/100--------____

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein,-and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the C~rcut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
