The lien of Cross-Claimant is prior, paramount
and superior to all, rights, alaims, liens, interests, encumbranceo
and equity of the Cross-Defendants, BRIAN DRUY![OND; CREPE
NORYANDIS CA1~S, INC.; and GERARD BORIB and RITA SORTS, hi• wife,
and all persons, firms or aorporations claiming by, through
or under the Cross-Defendants or any of them and the property
will be sold tree and clear of any claims of the Cross-Defendants,
GERARD BORIE and RITA RORIE, hie wife.
5. That the Cross-Defendants, GERARD'BORIE and RITA
BORIS, hie wife, are hereb~i:directed to pay the above itemized '

That the Cross-Claimant shall give notice of said
sale by publication one time at least 5 days before the sale;
that the Cross-Claimant may become the purchaser at said
sale, and in that event, the said amounts decreed to be due
the Cross-Claimant shall be credited on its bid, and it shall =

cost of any sale in say amount bid in excess of said amount
decreed to be due the Cross-Claimant that out of the proceeds
of the sale, the Croee-Claimant shall retain the cost of
the sale, shall pay to Cross-Claimant the said amounts decreed
