j Pursuant to the authority delegated to me by Federal Home Loan Bank Board Resolution
Number 73-317 dated February 27, 1973, as amended. I hereby grant the approval of
the Board referred to in the last sentence of Section II of the association's chart-
er, er to the amendment to Section I of the association's charter approved at the Special
r Metting of the Members of the Association held on February 21, 1980. -
Effective March 31, 1980, the date established~by the members, Section I of the
charter is amended to read as follows:
"1. Corporate Title. The full corporate title of tt~e Federal
association hereby chartered is Community Federal Savings
and Loan Association of the Palm BeaclTes."
A copy of this approval is being forwarded to tlTe Federal Home Loan $ank Board with
.'t request that a charter and certificate of membership and insurance be issued in
tlTe new name.
