STIPULATED ORDER FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS
THIS CAUSE having come on upon point Motion for the
entry of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs made by the
-Plaintiff and the Defendants•set forth hereinbelow, and it
appearing to the Court that the parties were authorized to
enter into such Motion, and the Court finding that the com-
pensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full, dust and reason-
able for all parties concerned, and the Court being fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is now, therefore,
ORDERED that ROBERT. N. REYNOLDS, ESQUIRE, Attorney
for the above-named Defendants shall receive the sum of THREE
THOUSA?JD FOUR HUNDRED ($3,400.00) and No/100 dollars from the
Plaintiff as a reasonable fee for services rendered in this cause
and the further sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDF.ED ($2,500.00) and
No/100 dollars for costs expended herein or in the aggregate the
sum of FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ($5,900.00) and No/100 dollars,
and it is,
ORDERED that upon entry of this Order, the Plaintiff,
DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANS- f
PORTATION, shall deposit the additional sum of FIVE THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED ($5,900.00) and No/100 dollars into the Registry of the
Court, and it is
