The South 20 acres of t.ot 2, and all of Lot 3, said lots being in

contains 106 acres, more or less, according to~the United States
Survey. The dividing line of the 106 acre tract to be run straight

and equal Savannah on each half. This description covers 134 acres,

appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all
