THIS CAUSE came on to be -heard on Motion of GENERAL
FINANCE CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, Plaintiff in the above-styled
cause, for a Default Judgment, pursuant to Rule 7.170 Florida
Rules of Summary Procedure, and it appearing to the Court that th
Complaint in the above cause was filed in this Court on the 10th
day of January 1980, and that the Summons and Complaint was
duly served upon WILLIAM H. HAZELTON and BEVERLY A. HAZELTON, his
wife on the 17th day of January, 1980, and that no Answer or oche
defense has been served or filed by said~(D`e~fend~ants, and that
Default was .entered on the b~ day of r ; 1980, in the
office of the Clerk of this Court; and that no proceedings have
been taken by the said Defendants since said Default was entered,
it is hereby
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Default Judgment
entered by the Clerk of the County Court is proper and is hereby
reduced to a Final Judgment; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment entered
herein by the Clerk of the County Court ordering costs and
interest on the Judgment in the amount of $2,463.80, for which
let execution issue; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that additional interest shall accrue
and be added to the Judgment until same is satisfied, for which
-let execution issue; and, it is further #
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff recovers from the
GUYR.BRUNI Defendants, WILLIAM H. HAZELTON and BEVERLY A. HAZELTQN, his wife,
