1. The decedent, JOHN HENRY MCGEE, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on September 2,.1978, and Letter of Ad-
ministration were issued to Petitioner on April 2, 1977.

taining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since

interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of
