I, CHRIS E. GERARD, domiciled and residing
in.Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, declare this
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all prior wills made by me.
FIRST:. I direct that all of my just debts and my
funeral expenses, expenses of my last illness and the costs of
administering my estate be paid as soon as practicable after
my death.
SECOND: I give all of my estate to my Wife,
CLARA ELIZABETH GERARD, if she survives me for thirty (30) days.
THIRD: In the event that my Wife shall predecease me,
or if we should die within thirty (30) days of each other,
I give my estate to my son, STEPHEN C. GERARD, provided he
survives me for thirty (30) days.
FOURTH: In the event that both my Wife and
son predecease me, or neither survives me for thirty (30)
days, I give my entire estate to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
I
~ COUNTY, as Trustee, for the benefit of the natural born children
of my son, STEPHEN C. GERARD. At the time of the making of this
- Will, my son~has two children, MARY ELIZABETH GERARD and
STEPHANIE~GERARD. This trust is established for the benefit
of these two children and those born to my son after the making
of this Will. My Trustee shall, at its discretion, keep the
trust estate invested in interest or dividend bearing securities
or savings certificates achieving the maximum interest rate
allowed by law. My Trustee shall, as it may deem necessary,
make advances to the beneficiaries from the income and/or
principal for their proper maintenance and education, and may
make additional advances for unforeseen emergencies or necessary
medical or dental attention.
