. Upon reaching the age of twenty-one (21)years, each
beneficiary's respective share shall immediately vest but
distribution thereof shall be postponed by the Trustee and made
in the following manners:
(a) One-half of the beneficiary's respective
share upon attainment of the age of twenty-five (25) years; }
(b) The remainder of such beneficiary's share
upon the attainment of the age of thirty (30) years.
FIFTH: T appoint my Wife, CLARA ELIZABETH GERA.RD,
Executor of this Will and of my estate. If she is unable or
unwilling to serve, I appoint my son, STEPHEN C. GERARD. !
The execution of this-Will shall serve without compensation
and shall not be required to furnish bond.
The Executor of this Will, and the Trustee named above, ~
1 are invested with full power and authority to sell, encumber,
and otherwise dispose of all personal and real property whenever ~
they deem it necessary and at a price which they deem adequate,
without the intervention of any court. ~
It is my sugguestion and I so request that my
Executor shall confer with C. R. McDONALD, JR., ESQUIRE, my
~ attorney, for assistance in probating this Will and in closing
fi
my estate.
