FLORENCE R. RYAN
I, FLORENCE R. RYAN, don+iCiled and residing in St. Lucie
County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last-Mill and
Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense
be paid as soon after my decease as may be-practicable.
SECOND: I give, device and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, of every kind and nature and aheresoeve
the ease may be situate, to my sister, HELEN V. RYAN, and my broths ,
JA'~k?S J. RYAN, in equal parts, share and -share alike, or if either
of them shall have predeceased me, to the survivor of them.
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint my said sister,

I~EhI`N V. RYAN, and my brother, JAMES J. RYAN, or the survivor of
them, to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, to
serve in any and all jurisdictions without giving or filing any
j bond or undertaking for the faithful performance of their duties
as such.

4 FOURTH s In the event that my sister , HELEti V . RYP.*I , and
my brother, JAMES .T. RYA.I, shall predecease me, or if they and
I shall perish at or about the same time as the result of a common
accident or disaster, then I give, device and bequeath :ny entire
j estate, in equal parts, to such of the following named persons
as shall survive me:

JR., my attorney, to serve as Successor Executor of this my Last
trill and Testament, without bond.
