decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because he is
nominated personal representative in decedent's Will
6, The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are real property,
_ shop equipment and tools, automobiles, life insurance and bank
accounts of over $60,000.00 but less than $75,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth
in paragraph 8i~

8. The original of the decedent's last wiU, dated May 21 ,
19 75 attested by PATRICIA A WAUGH LOUISE A GREGORY and
_ B. A. BITTAN,- JR. ,
is in -the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
9. Mr. Childs was predeceased by his wife, E. ELENDER CHILDS
and a certified copy of her death certificate is attached hereto.
Petitioner requests " that the decedent's will be admitted to probate and that
LESLIE RAY CHILDS " be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and the facts alleged are
true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
