I, LESLIE A. CHILDS, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do

~ ~Fereby~l?ake, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
a

'Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct my Executor to pay out of my estate all of my
just debts, including the expenses of my last illness and fu-
neral expenses.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife,
E. ELENDER CHILDS, if living, and if not, in equal shares, to my~
children hereinafter named:
LESLIE RAY CHILDS
Fort Pierce, Florida
SUE ELLEN HOOD
Upland, California
If either of my said children shall fail to survive me
and shall leave issue living at my death, such issue shall repre-
sent their parent and takehe said parent's share, per stirpes; ,
otherwise, the share of such child of mine shall drop out, there-
by increasing the share of my other child then living, or his or
her issue, as the case may be: .
III.
I hereby name, nominate and appoint my son, LESLIE RAY
CHILDS, as Executor of this Will, to serve without bond.
