My Executor shall have the power at any time and from
time to time, at public or private sale, for such price and upon -
such terms and with such security for deferred payment as may
seem best, to sell, mortgage, pledge, exchange, assign, transfer
or otherwise dispose of any part or all of the assets of my es- f
tate, for any purpose consistent with the orderly-administration
of my estate.
