The petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
alleges: -
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as an alternate personal representative. Petitioner's
name and address are SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 111 Orange
Avenue, P. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, and the name -
and address of petitioner's attorneys are as set forth
at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, ADA R. LANG ILL, whose last known address was
2412 Kelly Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was 87 years,
and whose social security number is 123-14-4673, died on
March 18 , 19 80, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time
' of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
