decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. That decedent's spouse, Harold E. Langill died
On November 10, 1978, and that the named personal representa-
tives, CHARLOTTE E. YAUFMAN and RICHARD V. NEILL have renounced
their right to act as personal representatives and have con-
sented to the appointment of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as
such personal representative pursuant to Item V of the First
Codicil dated October 13, 1976 of Ada R.Langill to the Last
Will and Testament dated September 13, 1974 of Ada R. Langill.
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose address is set
forth above is qualified to act under the laws of Florida as
personal representative of the decedent's estate and is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representa-
tive because of the renunciation of the named personal repre-

sentatives.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are
Real property having a value of approximately $40,000.
and cash accounts of approximately $74,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil other than as set forth in -Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
September 13, 1974, and Codicil to Last Will dated October 13,
~ 1974, accompany this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will
and first codicil be admitted to probate and that it be
appointed-personal representative of the estate of the -
decedent.
