ADA R. LANGILL
I, ADA R. LANGILL, a citizen and resident of Saint
Lucie County Florida, being of sound and disposing
- mind and memory, do hereby revoke and annul any and all
Wills, and-Codicils thereto, by me at any time heretofore
made, and do hereby make, publish and declare this
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM I
I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
f~ expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as
soon as practicable after my death. I direct that
arrangements for my funeral be conducted by Baird Funeral
_
Home, Forte Pierce, Florida, and that my remains be interred
-
at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, Florida. I
further direct that my executor purchase a mahogany casket
with crepe interior and that the same be placed in a
concrete vault. Having made inquiries and arrangements
for such services and being advised as to the cost of
the same, it is my express desire and intent that no
more than One Thousand Five-Hundred and no/100 ($1,500.00)
Dollars be expended for all expenses involved in my
funeral and burial. -
ITEM ZI
All the rest,- residue and remainder of the property-
of which I may die seized or possessed, real, personal
or mixed, wherever situate, including any property to
