LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ADA R. LANGILL - Page Two

which I may be or become in any way entitled or have
interest or over which I may have power of appoint-

ment, including the proceeds of any pplicies of insurance
which are payable to my estate or executor, I give,

devise and bequeath absolutely and in fee simple unto
my husband, HAROLD E. LANGILL, if he survives me, but
if my said husband predeceases me, this bequest shall
lapse .

If my husband predeceases me, then I bequeath the

sum of Three Thousand and no/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars
to each of the following named persons:

A. MR. JAMES NORTON, Jr., presently residing
at 2108 Longfellow Avenue, East Meadow,
New York, or to his survivors;

C. MRS. JOAN PRAEL, Linden Hills Towers,
5400 Pooks Hill Road, Bethesda, Maryland,

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath
absolutely to the following named persons if they
survive me, or to their heirs at law, per stirpes, to
