I direct that my niece, CHARLOTTE E. YAUFMAN, shall be
entitled to immediate possession of all of my household
furnishings, clothing, jewelry and other personal
effects and direct that she shall be in charge of the
division and distribution~or sale of the same and the
selection or distribution made by her shall be binding
}
upon .all persons interested in this bequest. None of
the jewelry is to be given by her to any person or
persons other than her immediate family.
ITEM V
I nominate and appoint my husband, HAROLD E.
LANGILL, as Executor of ;this Will, and in the event
that he fails to qualify or ceases to act as Executor,
then I nominate and appoint RICHARD V. NEILL in his
place and if he fails to qualify or is deceased, then -
I nominate and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor, as
Executor of this Will. I direct that none of the
foregoing named individuals be required to give any
bond or other security for the faithful performance
of their duties hereunder.
