right and power to hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell,
convey, mortgage, pledge and lease all or any portion
of any property, whether real, personal or mixed,
wherever situate of which I may die seized or possessed,
and I further give and grant said Executor the right
to otherwise dispose of the assets of my estate at public
or private sale and upon such terms or conditions as
he may see fit, and the further right to make, execute
and deliver any and all contracts, options, deeds or
other instruments carrying out the authority herein given
as he may deem necessary or proper for the convenient
and advantageous management and settlement of my estate,
and he may make distribution either in cash or in kind,
without regard for any law or statute limiting the
powers of executors.
I specifically grant to my Executor the power to
sell my home at 2412 Kelly Court, Fort Pierce, County of
St. Lucie, Florida, which~is presently valued at Thirty-
Seven Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 ($37,500.00)
Dollars. „v
I do hereby publish this instrument consisting of
this and three (3) other pages, along the margin of
which other pages I have written my name for better
identification, as my Last Will and Testament, and in
witness thereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
