LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF -
ADA R. LANGILL
I, ADA R. LANGILL, a citizen and resident of Saint
Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a.
codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated September 13,
1974. I do hereby modify and amend my said Last Will and -
Testament in the following manner:
1. I hereby modify Item IV as follows:
I direct-that my niece, CHARLOTTE E. YAUFMAN,
shall be entitled immediate possession of all my household
furnishings, clothing, jewelry, and other personal effects and

direct that she be in charge of the division and distribution
or sale of the same and the selection or distribution made
by her shall be binding upon all persons interested in .this

i ~ bequest. None of the jewelry is to be given by her to any
E~ ~ person or persons other than her immediate family. If CHARLOTTE
E. YAUFMAN be not living at my demise,. I direct that my grand
niece LORRAINE McBRIDE shall be entitled to immediate possession
of all-my household furnishings, clothing, jewelry and other.
personal effects and shall have the same powers with respect
to them as CHARLOTTE E. YAUFMAN as aforesaid.
2. I hereby revoke Item V in its entirety and sub-
stitute in lieu thereof, as if the same had been originally
incorporated therein, the following:

as personal representative of this Will, and in the event he
