fails to qualify or ceases to act as personal representative,
then I nomiaate and appoint CHARLOTTE E. YAUFMAN, my niece,
in his place, and if she fails to qualify or is deceased,
then I nominate and appoint RICHARD V. NEILL in her place and
if he fails to qualify or is deceased, then I nominate and
appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA,
or its corporate successor, as personal representative of this
Will. I direct that none of the foregoing named individuals
be required to give any bond or other security for the faith-
ful performance of their duties hereunder.
I HEREBY republish and reaffirm my said Last Will
and Testament dated the 13th of September, 1974, as herein
- and above modified and amended, and I hereby publish and declare
said Last Will and Testament as amended and modified as and- -
for my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I, ADA R. LANGILL,-have sub-
scribed my name and set my hand to this, the Codicil to my

consisting of this page and the attestation clause being
continued on the following page, and for the purposes of
identification I have also subscribed to my name upon the
margin of the preceeding page at Fort Pierce, Florida on this

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed, published
and declared by ADA R. LANGILL the testatrix as and for a
codicil to her Last Will and Testament, dated September 13, 1974
and she did also republish and reaffirm said last will by a
codicil amended as and for her Last Will and Testament, all
of which was done in our presence, and we at the same time,
at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each
other believing her to be of sound mind, have hereunto sub-
