PETITION FOR DISCHARGE -
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate,
alleges:
The decedent, LOLA MUSTEE, a resident of Loraine County, Ohio,
died on February 26, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on August 14, 1979.
2. Heretofore filed herein is a Waiver of Final Accounting, and
waiver of any notice of hearing of discharge of Personal Representative.
3. That your Petitioner herein is the sole beneficiary under the
Last Hill and Testament of the decedent and has received all assets of said
estate to which she is entitled as sole beneficiary.
4. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by. making payment, .
settlement, or other disposition of-all claims and debts that were presented,
and by paying or making provision for the payment of ali taxes and expenses
of administration.
5. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal
representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed
by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. _
6. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal
Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of. Florida, and
has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this
estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
7. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets
of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as
Exhibit "B".
