a Guardianship.
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE ABOVE STYLED COURT:
COMES NOW, PAN AMERICAN BANK OF ORLANDO, N.A., formerly
Citizens National Bank of Orlando, a national banking and trust
association, and respectfully shows:
1. That PAN AMERICAN-BANK OF ORLANDO, N.A., formerly
Citizens National Bank of Orlando, is a qualified trust company
under the laws of the United States and qualified to act as a
fiduciary in the State of Florida.
2. That it is the duly qualified and acting Guardian of
FRANK K. JENSEN, an Incompetent, under jurisdiction of this Court;
that it has faithfully performed its duties as such Guardian; and
has filed its Final Report herewith for the period March 30, 1979
'i to March 31st, 1980.

3. That FRANK K. JENSEN died on April 25, 1979, thereby
terminating .the necessity for this Guardianship.
4. That a Receipt and Consent has been forwarded to the
Personal Representative appointed in the Estate of FRANK K. JENSEN,
file no. 79-584, Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida; that
the Guardian anticipates the filing of said Receipt within the
next seven (7) days; that a certified copy of the Amended Letters
of Administration is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference;~that upon the filing of the Receipt and Consent by the
Personal Representative, the Guardian will have delivered all the
assets of the Guardianship to-the Personal Representative; that th
Receipt and Consent approves the Final Report and waives the right
to object to said Report and consents to the entry of an Order of
Discharge to Petitioner. I
