The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as'
the lineal descendants of the decedent and as the beneficiaries
of the estate of the decedent. Their names and addresses are
as set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of their
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, F.. BERNICE NOBLE, whose last known address
was 2115 Hills Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on February
27, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.. -
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and
the ages of any who are minors, are:
