FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on before~me for trial on the
14th day of March, 1980, the Court having taken testimony }
of witnesses, heard argument of counsel and considered the
file and being otherwise fully.advised in the premises, the
Court finds and determines as follows:
1. That JUDY HENDERSON and MICHAEL PETERMAN were.

married on July 14, 1972 and that SHERAY LYNN PETERMAN was
born on August 13, 1972, during the period that the above
parties were married.
2. That MICHAEL_PETERMAN has supported the minor child,

f SHERAY LYN PETERMAN, during her lifetime and that he presently
ha c tod of said child and has formed a father-child relationship

It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
a. That MICHAEL PETERMAN, although not her biological father,
is the legal father of SHERAY LYN PETERMAN.
b. That each of the parties shall bear. his or her own
attorneys' fees and that MICHAEL PETERMAN shall pay all Court
costs incurred in this action in the amount of $ ~ ~J
