STIPULATION AND ORDER MODIFYING
- FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION
AND CHILD CUSTODY AGREEMENT
The parties, RICHARD J. STEBBINS, Husband, and PATRICIA J.
STEBBINS, Wife, stipulate and agree and change the Final Judgment.
entered by this Court on May 10, 1978, in the manner described below
and agree to be bound hereby as part of the Final Judgment of Dissolution.
1. The Wife hereby conveys and relinquishes to the Husband all
of her right-, title and interest in and to the marital dwelling legally
described as:
Lot 7, Block 284, Port St. Lucie Section 1,
a Subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 53 of the
Public~Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Three Thousand
Dollars ($3,000.00) as total settlement of any interest she may have in
said marital dwelling.

payment of the loan on the marital dwelling with Public Finance, loan

4. The Wife agrees to vacate said marital dwelling on or
before April 4, 1980 and to be responsible for the cost of any legal
action necessary to enforce this agreement to vacate.
