HomeMy WebLinkAbout0161 - ; 2 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION That part of the N. 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the N 1/2 of Section 23, Township 34S, Range 40 East, described as follows: Beginning at the intersectign of the present westerly right of way line of State Road AlA and the North line of the North l00 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the N 1/2 of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East; thence run So.89 deg. 49'W, along said North line a distance of 350 feet for the Point of Beginning of the tract herein conveyed; from said Point of_Beginning continue So. 89 deg. 49'West along said-North - line a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence run South at right angles to the aforesaid North line a distance of 80 feet to a point, thence turn and run East parallel to the aforesaid North line a distance of 1C0 feet to a point, thence turn and run North at right angles to the line last described a distance of 80 feet to the Point of Beginning. Grantees herein are hereby granted an easement for ingress and egress from AlA to the tract of land herein conveyed over and across that certain paved street running-West franAlA along the South 20 feet of the North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the North 1/2 of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East and an easement over and across the South 5 feet of that portion of the North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the North 1/2 of Section 23, Township 34 South,Range 40 East lying between the East right of way of State Road AlA and the Atlantic Ocean for the purpose of the right of ingress and egress from the Atlantic Ocean. SUBJECT to the restrictions in the Deed recorded in Deed Book 234 at Page 589 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
