FINAL JUDGMENT OF GARNISHMENT
~ This cause having come on to be heard on the Motion for
Final Judgment of Garnishment filed herein by WILLIAM H.
HILSON, Judgment-Creditor, and the Answer to Writ of Garnish-
went filed herein by the Garnishee, HEBB-HENDRIX, INC., and
the Garnishee's Answer having shown it to be indebted to the
Defendant/Judgment-Debtor, C. L. RUSSUM, in the amount of
$4,000.00, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Garnishee, HEBB-HENDRIX, INC., shall
-pay to the Defendant/Judgment-Creditor, WILLIAM H. HILSON,
the sum of $4,000.00.
2. In no event shall the liability of the Garnishee
