THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the motion of JOSEPH
CLEMENZI, d/b/a EVIL PEOPLE LOUNGE, to tax cost against KLAUS
PETER ROMMEL and upon agreement of counsel and the Court being
fully informed in the matter it is hereby:
ORDERED that the motion should be and is hereby granted and
that Defendant, JOSEPH CLEMENZI, d/b/a EVIL PEOPLE LOUNGE, recover
from Plaintiff, KLAUS PETER ROMMEL, the sum of $400.00 and execution
-shall be stayed and in further order of this Court it is provided
that the Plaintiff, KLAUS PETER ROMMEL, pay the above amount at the
rate of $50.00 per month until the total sum is payed. The first
payment due on May 1, 1980.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event Plaintiff, KLAUS PETER
ROMMEL, shall default in making the payment provided above, upon
motion of the Defendant, JOSEPH CLEMENZI, d/b/a EVIL PEOPLE LOUNGE,
stay of execution shall be lifted.
