THIS CAUSE coming before the Court on the Defendants`
motion to shorten time for expert witness interrogatories,
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the expert witness interroga-
tories propounded to the Plaintiff on 2larch 31, 1980 _
shall be answered on or before April 10, 1980.
IT IS~FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that expert witness
interrogatories to be propounded to the Defendants shall
be answered on or before April 15, 1980.
