ORDER
This cause having come on for hearing upon the Plaintiff's
Motion to Add Affirmative Defenses, the Court having heard
argument of counsel and having been otherwise duly advised
upon the premises, it is thereupon,.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Affirmative Defenses set
forth in the Motion to Add Affirmative Defenses, be and the.
same are hereby added, the same as if fully set forth in the
original Answer to Counterclaim. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants be and they are
hereby given twenty (20) days within which to reply to said
Affirmative Defenses.
