of this lease shall bind and inure to the benefit of the legal
representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the
parties hereto,
21. CAPTIONS: The captions as to particular sections herein
are inserted only for convenience and are in no way to be construed
as a part of this lease or as a limitation of-the scope of the
particular paragraphs or sect-ions to which they refer.
22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This lease contains the entire
agreement between the parties, and no modification of this lease
shall be binding upon the parties unless evidenced by an agreement
in writing signed by the LESSOR and the LESSEE after the date
hereof.
23. SEVERABILITY: Every provision of this lease is intended
to be severable. If any term or provision hereof is~illegal or
invalid for any reason whatsoever, such illegality or invalidity
shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this lease.
24. GOVERNING LAW: This lease and the rights of the parties
hereto shall be governed by and construed or enforced in accordance
with the laws of the State of Florida.
