OF
SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
THE UNDERSIGNED, being the hereinafter designated officers of '
Gulf Oil Realty Company (formerly known as Gulf Oil Real Estate
Development Company), a Delaware corporation, the General Partner
of HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida limited partner-
ship and the Developer of BEACHTREE II, A CONDOMINIUM, do hereby
certify that the following was duly enacted as an amendment to the
Declaration of Condominium of BEACHTREE II, A CONDOMINIUM, pursuant
to ®718.403, Florida Statutes, relating to the addition of phases to
a phase condominium. The original Declaration of Condominium of said
Condominium was recorded in Official Record Book 321, Page 2609,-et
seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Developer hereby submits to the condominium form of ownership
pursuant to .the Condominium Act those certain lands described in this
Certificate as Phase C to BEACHTREE II, A CONDOMINIUM. Attached as
~ Exhibit No. "1" hereto is a Survey, Exhibit .containing the information
E~ required by X718.104(4)(3), Florida Statutes, relating to said Phase C.
I The legal description of said Phase C lands hereby submitted to
~ condominium ownership is as shown on Page 7 of Exhibit No. "1" to said
Declaration of Condominium.
The shares of Common Elements and Common Surplus shall be adjusted
in accordance with Article V of said Declaration of Condominium as
shown on Page 2 of Exhibit "A" to~said Declaration of Condominium.
