JOE L. KRCHNAK AND BRUCE HIGHT, to me well known to be the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing instrument as Vice
President and Assistant Secretary,-respectively, of GULF OIL REALTY
COMPANY (formerly known as Gulf Oil Real Estate Development Company),
and they severally acknowledged before me that they executed said
instrument as such officers of said corporation, and that the seal
affixed thereto is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that
