The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner's residence is 115 Celestia Court, Port
St. Lucie, Florida 33452 and Petitioner's post office address is
the same.
2. STEPHANIE MARIE HAMBLETON is an incompetent, whose
date of birth is April 30, 1968, who is 11 years of age, and whose
social security number is -none- The residence of the incompetent
is 115 Celestia Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452 and the post
office address is the same.
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is that
incompetent is under the age of eighteen.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the property

be appointed for the incompetent.
5. The approximate value and description of the incompetent'•s
property are: 1/4 interest in real property legally described as -
Lot 38 Block 45, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT FIVE (5), a Subdivision
in St. Lucie County, Florida, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 11, at page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Approximate value: $7,000.00.
