7. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
incompetent is a resident of St. Lucie County.
8. Susan S. Hambleton, a resident of St. Lucie County,
is sui juris and otherwise qualified under the laws of Florida
to act as guardian of the property of the incompetent.
and is entitled to preference because she is the natural mother
of the incompetent.
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the
information required by Florida law and by the applicable Florida
Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth
in full above cannot be ascertained without delay that would
adversely affect the incompetent or_ the incompetent's property.
10. Petitioner requests that any requirement of bond on
her behalf be waived by the Court in appointing her guardian over
• the property.'
iJHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that SUSAN S. HAMBLETON be
appointed-as guardian of the property of the incompetent.
