and Restrictions of the Property Owners' A_~sociation; and 1'errchaser further acknow-
ledges receipt of and reading arid examination of said 1eclaration, its IJtihits,
and budget, sales brochure vtd floor plan, ar~d acknowledges that each and every
provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property .1nd is 111 the hest interests and for the benefit of all ,
the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescr.ibed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each. and every provision of said [>eclara-
tion of Condominiuun and Iixhibits attaci~ed thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the teams and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
miniiun ar+d L'xl+ibits attached thereto, and agrees t1+at the assessment under tlce
Property Owners' Association clocennents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and celuitable, and said I'crrcl~aser acla~v++~ledges and confirms
drat the Declaration of Covenants .'u~d Restrictions of the Property 0+~•ners' Association
has encumbered and inq~ressed a lien upon the Conclomintmr parcel being com~cyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Ueclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O+~n~ers' Association and said Purchaser a.GSwncs the
obligations as to the 1'rol~erty Owners' Assrciation as to his condominium 1~arcel.
