Gtantee, by acceptance and execution of this deed, acknowledges that this con-
veyance is subject in every respect to said L~claration of Condominium and exhibits
thereto (and amendments, addendums and/or supplements to said Declaration and said
exhibits), including, but not limited to, the said N•iembership Agreement (and-amendments,
addendums and/or supplements thereto). Grantee acknowledges that each and every pro-
vision of the aforementioned docwnents and all maintenance and in<~nagement of OCEAi~lA
OCEANFRONT' C0,'JDOPI1NIUf•1 0~1E as a residential condominium of the highest standards, and
grantee, for and on behalf of himself, his heirs and assigns, agrees to abide by all the
ternis of said documents.
Grantee hereby expressly ratifies and confirms the execution of said Membership
Agreement (and any amendments, addendums and/or supplements thereto) by OCEANA OF
kiUfCf1INSON ISLAND, INC:, on behalf of Grantee herein and other grantees of apartments
in the Condominium and further ratifies and confirms the execution of said Aembership
Agrcenient (and any amendments, addendtnns and/or supplements thereto Uy (k-cana Nccreation
Association, Inc.).
