MORTGAGE RELEASE
KNO\V ALL ~1AEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein W. D. Brooks and Leona
W. Brooks are mortgagors, and ALLSTATE
ENTERPRISES h10RTGAGE CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, is mort-
gagee, and given upon the following described real property, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 307 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
CONDOMINIUM ONE, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Page 65,
et seq., and as amended in Official Records Book 253, Page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and recorded in Official Records Book 271 of Mortgages, on Page
131], Document No. 372953 , in the Office of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 25th day of July 19 77 ,
as assigned in Official Records Book 271 , Page 1316 , to the
Finnisterre Corp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
Records Book 271 Page 1317 , to Alison Mortgage Investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business -
trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mary-
land corporation, by reason of merger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby acknowledge full payment
~ of the debt secured thereby and does release and discharge same of record.
